Profile upload problem?

I tried uploading the profile to a snowing animation that I created and for some reason when others download the profile, only the base lighting is showing up and not the lighting effects? I uploaded the .prf and even tried adding the .lght but it seems that they cannot be combined together to work as one. Has anyone else had this problem?

When you set up the profile did you use gradients on the individual keys? If so (or even if not) did you make groups for each individual key and apply the lighting to those groups? One of my early attempts at making an animated profile worked great on my end (until a reboot) but if I tried to share the profile with anyone it was blank on their end. It was because I applied the lighting to the keys themselves, and not a group for the keys. My second attempt I made groups for each individual key and it works fine. It's the EKG/Medic mode if you wanted to look it up on here.

Ok thanks, this must be my problem, since it was individual keys, maybe when I make an updated version I will fix this.
