Carella
Dear all, I've encountered an error after plugging in my K70 RGB. QtrayIconMessageWindow: CorsairHID.exe - Ordinal Not Found The ordinal 4369 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll I've never had any errors on my SSD and this is the first time I encounter this. May I know how do I fix this error? Thanks in advance!
Maeventura
Uninstall drivers + software, then reinstall would be my guess. Might be oldschool, but try installing the drivers and software with admin rights, to ensure they can write everything needed without getting blocked for a reason. Yellowbeard
Are you plugging into USB 2.0 ports or 3.0 ports?
Trafficker85
I have the same problem, I'm using USB 2.0 ports.
Trafficker85
I kind of found part of the fix from a different thread. All I did was go into the C:\Windows and remove the LIBEAY32.dll file. Restart the corsair software and no more errors!
