SiliconApex
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the CUE package multiple times trying to get it to work with my K70 RGB that just arrived. Each time I open the Corsair Gaming Software I get a dialog box that says: "CorsairHID.exe - No Disk There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk3\DR3." The program then crashes and I can't even get to a launch screen. It offers options to "Cancel," "Try Again," or "Continue"; all of which cause the program to exit. The installer gives no errors and similarly the repair function of the installer has been run a few times with no effect. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit. SiliconApex
I was able to figure out a temporary fix. Here's an update in case anyone else has this problem: My computer has an internal SD card reader that is wired directly to a USB port on the motherboard. For whatever reason, disabling the SD card reader in Device Manager made this go away and the software launched properly. However, if I re-enable the device I am again unable to launch the Corsair software. My guess is that it is a software bug that is causing it to ping nonexistent files on removable drives (in this case, the SD card) that aren't there. SiliconApex
It's just identifying as "generic" and offers nothing in the way of manufacturer information. mybuilt
I have an internal SD Card reader too which is connected to the USB mother board header however (Luckily) I do not have this problem. Unless it is related to a particular brand or model. Please see my attached device Manager with the SD Cards.

SiliconApex
Can you tell us what brand of card reader you're using? James, this was unfortunately a very generic reader. I remember paying about $5 for it when I built my system and it was sent from China somewhere. The front only says "USB 2.0 Multi-Card Reader" with no branding. I wish I could offer more information, let me know if there are any other log files or device info that could be helpful.
