Garbage Link Commander Drivers and Firmware

When are you guys planning on fixing your GARBAGE connectivity issues with Corsair Link Commander? Firmware update buggy, no temp sensors registering... I'd expect this kind of quality from ThermalTake. Feel like I should have saved the $80 on this and bought a pure hardware based fan controller, that isn't reliant on any software. If the K70 RGB software is any where near as buggy I will be returning both for a full refund or calling Amex to deal with you Corsair.

yeah well I all I can say is Corsair better not try and sell this CL-9011108-WW on any other site other than their own, cause I'll find it and post tell all review of how bad this experience has been. Suck me

Why don't we have any corsair Reps replying on threads like these? I posted a similar thread. I also spent over $150 on corsair link package when it first came out. I have NEVER, EVER been able to use all the BS they propagated like custom fan controls, temp curves etc. etc. The only thing that sort of worked was the lighting, and even then if you got it to where u wanted it, I left it untouched for months out of fear of having to go through the whole process again.

 

Now, literally out of the blue, it requested an firmware update for my devices and I updated them, to find that one of the lighting nodes has stopped working.

 

I have bought corsair stuff simply out of brand loyalty and due to the trust that I had developed in the company. This is by far the worse product I've bought, not just by Corsair, but from anyone.

 

I was originally thinking about buying the RGB keyboard but due to these problems, I reconsidered and I think I made the correct decision.
