leviticus Posted September 4, 2014 Share Posted September 4, 2014 Just asked for an rma for my 45 day old hydro h100i as it's completely died no life whatsoever. I'm just really unhappy about having to pay £20 to send it to the Netherlands after paying nearly £100 for it and it's only lasted a month and a half what can I do? any suggestions please? I can't return it to amazon.co.uk as it's over 30 days :( Feeling betrayed. Edit Nevermind just chatted with amazon customer service seems they honour a 1 year warranty so their sending me a new replacement next day for free and free return label. I think Corsair should take a look at their returns policy and supply free or at least a country specific depot for returns like all the other big manufacturers do. e.g Microsoft, Seagate, Western Digital etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
