snapper69
Try unplugging the USB header, reboot (not restart) let windows load, switch off reconnect usb header and then restart. Did you by any chance do a Firmware upgrade from 1.5 to 1.7? What colour is the Corsair logo?

snapper69
The firmware update bricked 1 or maybe 2 of the H100i's that I had, the Corsair logo went red and that was it. I think I read a post on here somewhere that it is possible to get it working again, but I lost my patience and sent all 3 back to Amazon for a refund and bought an air cooler. You could try this: I solved my problem and I hope it could fix yours as well. What I did was change the fan hook-up on the pump to the other side I wasn't using and I plugged the USB plug to the other USB plug on the Motherboard that I wasn't using. This solved the issue, I now have everything showing up , fans, color led, pump, everything. I hope this helps out. Reply With

snapper69
Once the Corsair logo went red on mine nothing seemed to work. I was going to change to an NZXT or a Silverstone but then my wife reminded me that a previous water cooler leaked onto my graphics card and my motherboard and so I had to replace them both. I thanked her for reminding me and went and bought an air cooler which is quieter and cooler.

snapper69
A Noctua NH-U14S, dropped temps a couple of degrees, was easier to fit and is quieter. Oh, and £20 cheaper and no risk of it leaking. I fitted a second fan to it, but it only made a degree or so difference but still no noisier. Fans seem to be only running at about 950 rpm. RocketPuppy
So I updated to most recent version of Corsair Link and had the same problem, which seems to be a widespread problem. I reverted back to an older version of the software and everything works fine again. http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=124790 Direct file link from corsair site: http://www.corsair.com/~/media/Corsair/download-files/drivers/link/Corsair-Link-Installer-RC-v2_5_5145.exe
