Rory
Hi, I ordered this keyboard on the 4th of August and received it on the 7th and up until about a week after receiving it I was very happy with my purchase, but then the 'W' key's LED died. I don't know why it died, no liquid was spilled on the keyboard and the keyboard has barely moved an inch on my desk since installation, is this a common occurrence? Other than this small fault I really like this keyboard, it's just a slight annoyance that the LED has died so early into the keyboard's life. I'm also wondering if one died so early could more die, etc. Anyway, any help is appreciated!
Toasted
We will never know if any more L.E.Ds will die, while they should not, some may fail and if they do, you can request an RMA to replace the keyboard. The keyboards have a two year warranty so keep the receipt/invoice as proof of purchase in the future when you do request an RMA.

Toasted
You can get it replaced before the warranty ends.
