TechNinja05
So I just built my new PC and everything seems to be working correctly except for the Corsair Link software. I have tried many suggestions (change USB headers, disable/enable USB in Device Manager, etc..) but nothing seems to work. I noticed on this forum that many users are having trouble as well. Is there ANY solution to this problem? I spent extra money just to have Corsair Link, it would be awesome if it actually worked. http://i62.tinypic.com/2lsdwr5.jpg
Corsair Employees Fauxbeard Posted August 29, 2014 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 29, 2014 Turn off your computer, unplug all USB devices (internal and external) except for the H80i and mouse and keyboard. Restart. Is the H80i listed in the Devices sub tab under Options? Is AI Suite or any other monitoring software installed? If so, uninstall them. Rinse and repeat. Last resort, uninstall current Link and install 2.5.5145 and check if that version detects it. If so, update firmware if needed and re-install 2.7. TechNinja05
^ The last resort method worked for me. I downloaded and installed the old version and it detected the hardware right away. I updated the firmware and then reinstalled the new version. I can now control my fans and pump. Thank you so much!!
