Appok Posted August 26, 2014 Share Posted August 26, 2014 So now apparently there is a newer version of the 1500 out, http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=1211_1215&item_id=063891 I am still not satisfied with the current first gen headset, i still get that low white noise hissing sound and I'm using the latest drivers and this is one of the RMA products i got back that didn't fix it. I really do not want to pay $40 in shipping again just to RMA but if i were to do it will i get the newer V2? It is probably better to contact them via phone and explain your issue rather than putting in a support ticket. You can call them using Skype by calling their toll-free number.
