LeRoy3rd
I thought it was, I was wrong. I've written more detail here: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showpost.php?p=724349&postcount=140 I'll update here and there once I contact tech support tomorrow... Wish me luck. -LeRoy3rd
LeRoy3rd
Finished with tech support today, the short story is: The mini was flashed the wrong firmware (from CorsairLink), so I had to unplug EVERYTHING from the mini and reflash it. Everything except the temp probes work now (and I don't care about the temp probes). You can see more here: Link -LeRoy3rd
bangarang
I am about to throw mine out the window. Thank you for the heads up. I will be calling support tomorrow to learn how to flash this thing
bangarang
OMG Corsair! As of right now you don't even have the Link Commander as an available option under Product Family on your trouble ticket website!
bangarang
Hi LeRoy3rd! Looks like I am in the same boat as you. Support was able to get my fans to report to the Link software. Just like you described for your situation. Stuff is working with the exception of my Temperature sensors. I don't need my temp sensors so I can live without it (My mother board has like 4 sensors built in to it already)... however I do like what I paid for to work without flaw. Anyway, I am just waiting on my new trouble ticket to get a response and will update.

983gold
I just finished fitting my commander mini and having similar issues (and frustrations as like stated there wasn't an appropriate product family etc. to register the fault against). Plugged mine in and didn't recognise any of the fans, after some mucking around and a few restarts I can see the fans but all of the temperature sensors have disappeared. Also my h100i which is plugged in doesn't register either. I assume I have it plugged in correctly (as no instructions included or online stated how to do this properly), I've unplugged the USB port from the h100i and have plugged it in to the commander mini only. A bit disappointed really as a lot my hardware is Corsair and I've had only good experiences until now.
