qwee
Hey. So, I've been using this headset for around 2 weeks now, and this problem started 2-3 days ago. When I'm using the headset, the headset is changing volume by itself, kind of. It doesn't really change the volume, but it gets quite for a second, then the sound is back. Like it's disconnecting and then reconnecting a second later. Whenever this happens, I can see the volume indicator in the top-left corner, but the value never changes. It just gets quite for like a second and then the sound is back. This is happening every 3-4 minutes or so. Doesn't matter if I'm playing games or listening to music. My setup; OS: Windows 8.1 Pro Mobo: MSI Z97 GAMING 7 CPU: i7 4790K @ 4.00 GHz RAM: 16GB 1333MHz Any kind of help is appreciated. Got the latest drivers (from http://www.corsair.com/en-us/vengeance-2100-dolby-7-1-wireless-gaming-headset ) but that didn't change anything. Thank you. Toasted
Try this and see if it helps. Right click the speaker icon on the notifications tray>playback devices>communications>click "Do nothing"
