Order still processing

August 13th I ordered a set of screws for my H100i. The item was in stock (it still is). Today the order status was still 'processed' so i contacted Corsair Customer service via chat. The employee told me the item was in fact out of stock with an ETA 30-09. Why doesn't Corsair inform me about the order status?
