Vengeance 2100 interfering with wifi

Hi I just recently got my 2100. I hooked everything up and noticed a huge drop in my internet connection. I ran a test and I normally run 20 mb down and 5 mb up. When the headset is connected this drops to 5 mb down and still 5 mb up. I have read that this is same frequency as many routers. Is there a way to change the frequency so they do not interfere or another fix to this? If not I think I will have to return it. I do not want to pay that much for something that slows down my internet.

Can't change the sub-channel for the headset but your router should have that option. If you have a 5GHz router, you should enable that feature as well. You should also move the headset transceiver (dongle) away from your wifi adapter and/or router by using the extension cable.

I have the same issue and will try this out. How do you determine the sub-channel the headset are using?
