Hi All,

New to all this high end pc stuff and recently built a machine installed everything ok but the corsair link is not showing my H100 water cooler.

I have a friend who has exact same system and has no problem at all.

Im running win 8.1 64bit.

Any help would be appreciated.

Plug the header cable into an different USB 2.0 header. If that doesn't work, plug the pump to an external USB port using a mini USB-B to USB-A cable.

If you have a Z87 board, you may need to disable "Legacy USB support" in your BIOS.

Try 2.5.5145:

- Uninstall the Corsair Link software through Windows Control Panel

- Go to file explorer, enable "Show hidden files, folder and drives"

- Delete the following directory: C:\Users\"System name"\AppData\Roaming\Corsair

- Restart your system

- Install the Corsair Link software

Exactly what I had to do on my Z97X-UD5H. It also preferred to work connected to an external USB3 port for some reason, now working using an internal USB2 one as well.
