MaxTheDragon
Hi, My newly purchased Corsair HX850i PSU is not being detected in Corsair Link. I've tried reïnstalling Corsair Link and using a different mini-USB cable to hook it up to an external USB port instead. It makes no difference. The green LED on the PSU is lit up while being connected and I've got the USB input device and HID-device in my device manager (Windows 7). It properly detected those, but I don't see anything PSU-related in the Corsair Link software yet. I'm guessing since the PSU model is so new (HXi), there's no support for it in the software yet. Any news on updates to Corsair Link that may include support for the HXi series? Thanks in advance.
Corsair Employees Fauxbeard Posted August 13, 2014 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 13, 2014 Link version 2.7 will add support for the new HXi power supplies. Due to the fan control issue that was reported last Friday with 2.7.5332, it has been removed for re-evaluation. No ETA at this time for the new 2.7.xxxx build.
