Keith_irl
Hi, I have been very badly treated by a UK Corsair reseller. I RMA'd it with them and they accepted the keyboard was faulty. The keyboard is a Mechanical Vengeance K60. They reseller are only offering me a refund, and a partial one of £14.23. And refuse to repair it or replace it. They want me to choose a replacement keyboard from another manufacturer but they would only let me choose from low end non stuff half the value of what I originally paid. I do not want one of these cheaper parts as I chose Corsair for quality and backup and have built a system using predominantly corsair components and wish to keep the theme. I have created a Ticket on Corsair website 6504677. I am wondering seeing as though they have accepted the part is faulty and is in their posession can you authorize them to replace it or will it have to be returned to you directly. I have been without a keyboard on my rig at home for over two weeks now and I refuse to take £14 as a refund considering the part should last a long time. I have had it for less than a year. Administrators Technobeard Posted August 11, 2014 Administrators Share Posted August 11, 2014 We can't make the store change their policies. I'd suggest asking for your keyboard back and then RMAing it to us directly.
Keith_irl
Thank you for your reply. I understand that you cant make them change policies. According to your website the company are a premium reseller of Corsair. I was hoping Corsair may have a relationship with them. http://i1240.photobucket.com/albums/gg489/keithorl/corsair_zpsf1bc939f.jpg They have the keyboard and have Tested it and concluded it was faulty. I have had such a hard time with the customer service I was hoping you may be able to help. Any help at this stage would be great.
