H60 working intermittently

Hi,

 

I have an H60 Hydro Cooler which has already been replaced once under warranty. The new cooler seemed to work okay but only intermittently; if the machine is switched on from cold it works okay but if the machine is left on for a day or two it will stop working and CPU temp rockets to 90+ degrees centigrade.

 

Only a power off/on will fix the problem.

 

Is there anything I can do or does it need to be replaced again?

 

I have a Gigabyte Z87-HD3 mobo with an Intel i7 4770k processor.
