Friction
Hey all, I was working on my new 540 case getting it ready for the transplant of my current system when I tried to remove one of the hard drive caddies from it's rack the damn leaver snapped on me. Now that's not an issue for putting the caddie back in place, but it makes it near impossible to remove with a hard drive in it. Am I able to get a replacement without having to do a RMA? The 300R tray in the Corsair store is the same one and is only $1.99. I would suggest getting a spare or two.
Friction
I would if I lived in either the US or Canada.

Friction
I've been trying to, but I have no idea what part number to use.
Lady Fitzgerald
Try this: type "CC-9011034-WLED" (without the quotes) into the part number field, then click on the little magnifying glass to the right of the part number field. Then (and yes, it sounds dumb as moose poop but try it anyway), in the window that pops up, click on the underlined part number. For some really wacky reason, the part number box will only accept the part number it puts in there, not one you put in, even though they are identical (I'd love to have a talk with Corsair's web page designers about that). Once you get that done, click on " My issue is not listed" in the next box and click the little box below that box that says "I don't have a lot code". Then click on next step. on the next screen, fill in ticket subject and ticket description, detailing your problem, then click on "Submit" a farther down the page. Hopefully, that will get your ticket submitted.

From you give me that part number I figured I would just use the part number of my case which is actually white, so I used "CC-9011048-WW". Thanks again for your help.
