theMoP
Here's my setup, hope that helps.:sunglasse http://i387.photobucket.com/albums/oo314/sgmexilelrrp/photo0-0_zpsfe634b3c.jpg looks very cool! i'm looking to do something similar, but in red... just to confirm, that's a h100i in push/pull exhausting through the top of the 760t? the 4 fans (i'm assuming there are 4 - it's hard to see, but i think i see a sliver of blue fan sleeve above the radiator) involved appear to be sp120s...are they high performance or quiet edition? or some mix of the two to create positive/negative pressure in the rad? are the 120mm all pwm? the dual intake fans in front and the single exhaust fan in back are air series af140s? did you have any trouble with spacing between the rear exhaust and the push-pull fans/radiator, especially with the hoses mounted on the left side like that? i think it was speed who suggested making that rear exhaust into an intake for improved cooling...have you tried that? finally, the bottom intake fan appears to be a 120mm air series...again, high performance or quiet edition? do you think another would fit next to the radiator (flush with the top of the case) right above the 5.25" cages? also, are you having (or had) any trouble with a sleeve fan oriented horizontally? i think i read that sleeve-type fans are designed for vertical operation thanks in advance - i'm building a new x99 rig in the 760t and what i was putting together matched what you've already made so closely that it was a pleasure to come across this thread and your photo! @speed...have read with interest your ideas on airflow, etc...very informative and erudite -- do you have any thoughts on using pwm controls (varied rpm), varied cfm, and/or varied static pressure in the push/pull configuration for creating an optimal flow, re. negative/positive pressure in the rad? how about your recommendation on the extra 120mm fan above the 5.25" cages (if it fits)...fan type? intake or exhaust? as well, what material would you use if you wanted to close-off unwanted gaps in the case or metal mesh, i.e. unused expansion slots in the rear? and what do you think of these as supplemental air filters? unnecessarily prohibitive to airflow? http://www.demcifilter.com/p0513/Corsair-760T-Dust-Filter-Kit.aspx finally, some general questions as to corsair link... thinking of getting the corsair commander mini, etc, to plug all my push/pull rad fans into - afaik, the h100i only comes with a single y splitter...would i need to buy a h100i cable kit (2 y splitters) to control all 4 pwm fans? i was thinking this might even be better than plugging the push/pull fans directly into the pump, re. voltage and cable aesthetics... intended build: x99 i7-5930k rampage v extreme 760t ax1200i h100i x2 gtx 780ti in 2-way sli 16gb ddr4 thanks a lot for any help or information you could give me!

I have no issues with my cooling everyone has their own opinion and setups. 3-Bottom intake fan is Air Series AF120m high performance. Yes you can fit another next to the radiator (flush with the top of the case) right above the 5.25" cages, No I'm not having (or had) any trouble with a sleeve fan oriented horizontally in the past. 4-It's really on you if you want to set up an extra 120m at top, I personally don't need to do that as I said I have great air flow, it all depends on your room temperature. I keep my Rig next to the air conditioner and it's running all summer long, sucking in cold air :D: and in the winter I have a tube window setup directing cold winter air into Rig :D: on all my build I can say I never had any issues with keeping it cool. H100i does come with 2-Y Splitter, I always use a Fan Controller setup. Hope the reply helps you, lets see the setup when your done.
theMoP
Thanks for your response, Exile! I really, really appreciate it. It's worrisome for me as I'm overseas, in the tropics (so I worry about temps a bit more), and will have this put together for me in the States and then shipped to me Fed-Ex... so, really have to get it right the first time. It sounds like we'll have very similar case setups - you have good taste! =) Although, with the unveiling of the 780t case yesterday, I'm again pondering different setups with approximately the same gear. Don't want to test your patience, but I have a few more questions... How's the noise level with all high-performance fans? Do you do most of your gaming while wearing a headset? I'm guessing that cranking up the cooling w/o headphones might be pretty noisy. And finally, It appears that you've got a lot of Corsair Link gear installed...Do you like the Link capabilities? Worth investing in a Mini Commander, Lighting Node, etc? I'd be running Win 8.1 Pro, as well as a mobo with Fan Xpert 3, etc. So I'm not sure if Corsair Link would be a better option. Thanks in advance! =)

Thanks in advance! =) No problem, that's what this forum is here for, helping each other and learning new things. - Built in the states and then shipped to you Fed-Ex, I don't really want to scare you, but who's building this setup for you? Unless you don't know how, :sigh!: I would rather get the parts and build it myself. I hope you're consistently letting them know to make sure the package inside better be 100% damage proof, does not move at all inside by spraying and filling the box up in foam! Insure that package delivery. - When I purchased the 760T and finally recievd it, thats when I saw the future 780T Case coming around the corner  and I also wanted it bad! but after watching a few reviews something caught my eye :(: I personally don't like, the bottom panel latches exposed when panels are closed and that makes the window panel at the bottom look off line on the case, taking away a smooth seamless design, That alone bothers me more than the plastic panel and I wished :(: that panel was like the 760T practically all windowed. - Well the Noise level to me seems normal or maybe I'm used to it  some people have very sensitive ears and can't stand the noise, my air conditioner is a bit louder than my Rig, I do wear headsets when Gaming, Music and Movies so that really doesn't bother me one bit:D: without headset the Noise level to me seems normal, again some people will be like  OMG! the Noise is driving Me Crazy!!! - I had a few issues with the Corsair Link from the beginning after the latest update, but I manage to install the previous driver and it works. I just set the Led light to Blue, I personally don't use the Corsair Link so I uninstalled it after I made sure you can keep the light setting and yes! :D: you can. - Now that's just me, I'm not saying not to buy those Corsair Link Gears, it's useful to many out there depending on their build, I don't like too much light in my case, I like it on the dimmed side a calm blue color  , plus I always keep my Rig on top of desk. "importing" the gear that was so recently exported from down the street at a huge cost because of shippers like fed-ex using "dimensional weight" for all those separate boxes, 3. having a friend (yes, he's trustworthy and skilled) in the states buy it, build it and ship it all in the original case packaging, 4. waiting a couple of years until the cutting-edge stuff is cheap enough for the local retailers to sell, or 5. paying through the nose to buy stuff from the local "smugglers" (which is actually less reliable and more expensive than fed-ex with maximum insurance) bizarre, huh? it gets worse...i checked with the local government and they said that if my fed-ex package were inspected, i'd have to pay an import tax and vat on all the stuff...including the stuff which was manufactured here and exported  anyway, yeah...i'm a bit worried (mostly about the aio cooler(s) getting damaged and leaking during shipping), but i'm finally fed-up with gaming at a significantly lower level than my teammates in the west...and i can afford it good to know about the noise level - i'm not particularly sensitive to noise or overly picky -- if this endeavor comes off without a hitch, i'll be pleased as pie (even with 40db blasting my ears off) well, i find your response about corsair link a bit reassuring...considering all the firmware and software revisions and continuing complaints i've seen on these forums thanks for that! i'll let you know how this all turns out - will be cutting the check to the builder as soon as the dust clears after the gtx 980 launch :sunglasse
theMoP
oh, and another reason i've decided on having it built back in the states is in case any of the parts ordered have to be rma'd -- i plan on having him buy it, build it, and burn it in for a week or so to see if there are any defective and/or damaged parts...before shipping it on to me an rma of a few hundred miles sure beats 9000+ (if they'd even do it, lol)

Not to put more stress into you, In 2011 I built a Gaming Rig for a friend in D.R (Dominican Republic) and I made sure everything was 100% secure inside case and in the box with foam sprayed and it did put some weight on it but it was secure! Now came the F@$K Up  part! by the time my friend got it out of Customs which by the way are not trustworthy :nono: unless you have "connections", they opened the entire box strip the foam and someone actually tried to snap the GPU out the Mobo to a point the first PCI-E 16x slot was damage!:!: it wasn't delivered by Fed-Ex or UPS so I don't know how that works through Customs in D.R, I told him to change slots and put it on the 3rd PCI-E 16x slot and he never had any issues and plays BF4, @ the end he went out of his way with some friends in high authority out there and they put hard pressure on them and finally Customs apologized and gave him what the Mobo was worth in Dominican Pesos. That's good you have a trusty friend for your new build, I wish you all the good luck with all those obstacles. Yes when all it's done, let us know and post the setup
