kckyle
with the hg10 coming out, i have high concerns with the tubing length of the hydro series. although the 11.5 inch is long enough for most cpu mount. i'm afraid the same cannot be said for gpu to top mounting, especially in my case where i have a 800D, with the way my pcie is line up, the closest pcie slot i can use is the 3rd pcie slot. which is almost 12 inches from the top mount, and thats not including any bending. i know corsair doesn't make the coolers, but maybe corsair can forward the suggestions to asatek? this is literally the deal breaker for me, and i'm pretty sure many others. on going down the hg10 route. Specter
Asetek makes the same exact coolers for NZXT and their tubing is ridiculously long. Makes you wonder what penny pincher thought they can save a buck with short tubes. But I think someone at Corsair thought customers would use the rear mount for the GPU AIO which limits to 120mm/140mm and the top mount for the CPU which is at least 240mm/280mm. Ideally its suppose to be the opposite because a GPU can easily hit 80c by just launching WatchDogs and sitting at the start screen.
kckyle
i would love to get the x40 however my top mount does not have a 40mm spacing, 800D can only fit up to a 360 rad size, 3x120mm. the length of the tube is going to be a big problem when people start fully adapting to the hg10 only to realize their own hydro coolers aren't long enough. This may be the cooler for you then http://www.tomshardware.com/news/thermaltake-water-3.0-ultimate-360mm,27328.html
