phd5012 Posted July 28, 2014 Share Posted July 28, 2014 Hello! Can anyone tell me if my keyboard is shot or is this a fixable problem? Whenever I hit the q button on my keyboard it'll just type out "p[]\eioqrtuwy". It also activates the custom LED settings like only lighting up WASD. All of the other keys are working fine. I've tried installing the new firmware and unplugging/re-plugging into different computers around my house. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted July 29, 2014 Share Posted July 29, 2014 Request an RMA to replace the keyboard. Make sure you upload a picture of the invoice as proof of purchase.
