DxTrEm3Fx
My Corsair commander has a red light blinking along with the green light. Does anyone know what this means? Right not it's not showing my lighting node. I've gone back to V 2.4.5110 to try and get my light node working, and updating through old version of software. But the light node doesn't detect so i cannot update firmware.
Toasted
This should help. Green on and off (about twice per second) means that Stingray is attempting to connect to Windows. It will flash red every ~10 seconds if it cannot and will keep trying. Solid green and flickering orange is used to show activity; since SierraSerivce is always running, the USB Commander should always be flickering. Red on and off (about twice per second) indicates some hardware failure or that the unit is in boot-loader mode.
DxTrEm3Fx
Thanks for the reply. It's definitely solid green and flickering red or Orange as you say. I never noticed that orange light flickered before. I had the led facing backwards in my case for the connections to be at the rear of the case. http://dxfxhouse.com/images/HG2/CLLB.mp4 Thanks again for the post it's much appreciated. Toasted
Have you tried installing the latest software and use the firmware updater to flash a recovery FW then the lightning node FW?

I can't find them in my running processes or services list.
Toasted
Stingray = Corsair Commander Unit SierraService = Very, very early LINK v2 software, it should be called CorsairLINK under Task Manager now.
Geth
Did... did they work better than the latest version of CL?
Toasted
I'd say the latest version of LINK is better than the early versions of it.
DxTrEm3Fx
Have you tried installing the latest software and use the firmware updater to flash a recovery FW then the lightning node FW? About 100,000,000 times. The updater doesn't work even if I do a custom update and point it to the correct file. It will error out 1/2 way through every time. Toasted
Try an early version of the LINK v2 software and see if it can update the firmware. If it can't, it seems like the firmware on the Lightning node is screwed.
