K30 arrow keys macro

Hi, I've just brought the K30 keyboard and love it so far, I've read all instructions and know what I'm doing, but with the arrow keys on the macro aren't working, I've hit the MR then G1, press left arrow key (both up and down show up) and enter etc, all set, when I come to use the macro, only the Enter is working, the arrow key's aren't so what am I doing wrong?

 

In the playback options I've tried all 4 icons (1 time, Define N, Faster paced and start/stop only)

 

ATM I've got the macro set up like this...

 

Left (down)

0.050 seconds delay

Enter (down)

0.050 seconds delay

Enter (up)

0.050 seconds delay

Left (up)

 

But I've also tried different ways just to get the left arrow working like...

 

Left (down)

Left (up)

 

Left (down)

1.000 seconds delay

Left (up)

 

Also done all these with the right/up/down but none of them working, every other key works, just the arrows key's aren't.

 

I've tried just having a macro with this set-up...

And nothing happens, doesn't even move never mind holding it down, Please help.

Same here. In the absence of any replies to Pegaz's question, I assume non-character keys simply aren't supported. Which is a bit naff.
