Hey Guys

Having issues controlling corsair link with my Hydro H100i. I can get all the versions working but to do that I must:

Uninstall whichever version is currently installed

Detele corsair folder

Disconnect usb cable

Reboot PC

Install version of Corsair Link

Reboot and run the software then connect the usb cable again and it will show up and can be controlled.

But then, Once computer is restarted I get this and they cant be controlled or changed. I have tried changing the usb header, And using a usb to usb cable. This is the latest version of Corsair Link, Windows 8.1

I went into my control panel and did the add remove programs and deleted it and then downloaded it again and it worked for me. this was happening to me today. mine works for a while then it acts up at some point then I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling. I think a fan controller is next on the list cause this is getting old :o:

UPDATE: POSSIBLE FIX

I may have found the fix. One of these has done the trick. I downloaded the AI Suite 3 cleaner as thats what I used to have installed and used that.

I then went into my Bios where I had xhci disabled. I turned that on and boom now it works fine and when I restart the computer it still works.
