But then, Once computer is restarted I get this and they cant be controlled or changed. I have tried changing the usb header, And using a usb to usb cable. gotto
I went into my control panel and did the add remove programs and deleted it and then downloaded it again and it worked for me. this was happening to me today. mine works for a while then it acts up at some point then I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling. I think a fan controller is next on the list cause this is getting old :o:

chainzy
Yes I do. There should be no reason that it only works once then when you restart the computer it doesn't work anymore

chainzy
Running Corsair Link as admin or using compatibility settings doesn't change a thing. Fans and pump still shows

chainzy
UPDATE: POSSIBLE FIX I may have found the fix. One of these has done the trick. I downloaded the AI Suite 3 cleaner as thats what I used to have installed and used that. I then went into my Bios where I had xhci disabled. I turned that on and boom now it works fine and when I restart the computer it still works.
