Corsair H105 standoff stuck in backplate

Hey guys !

While installing my H105, i noticed 1 standoff had problems fitting in the backplate hole the other 3 when in without a problem.

So when they all fitted i placed the coolingblock and started screwing all the tumbscrews on the standoffs. But the one in the left upper corner didn't fit so i wanted to remove the whole thing again but once again this left upper standoff gave problems again and didn't come lose.

*Tried grabbing the backplate part with pliers and the front with some screwdriver using a special cap (fits on the standoff)

*Tried getting it lose with but without succes the standoff keeps spinning , while its being held steady by the 2 tools.

Any ideas how to get it lose/remove it ? (without damaging the motherboard ofc)

Would the shop accept RMA or send me replacement parts ?

Thanks for the assistance
