Arron Posted July 20, 2014 Share Posted July 20, 2014 After having my Padlock sent away last year to be replaced it has died again, I have reset the device using the keypad and it is now unlocked however when attached to the computer it stays unlocked and lit yet the device is invisible to the computer. I have tried it with a number of machines at it appears and I have had no such luck it appears that the flash memory is dead I keep trying to login to the RMA section of Corsair but I am having trouble it just sends me back to the login screen Any help?
