System Shutdown on Startup.

Odd Issue, have a System z97 mk2 sabertooth with RM1000 and h100i cooler.

 

System shuts down on start(before post most of time but a few times it gets to post), I assume its a short check everything remove mb from case, still does it. (all cables, ram checked)

 

I try an older coolmaster psu, it loads up fine....But random blue screens after using it for a 5-30 minutes.(temp stays low, so don't think its temp related)

 

I Get a new RM1000 install it and back to the shutdown on startup.

 

Any Ideas? tried everything I normally would.
