Corsair force will not accept my Product number even though it is on the box of Corsair vengeance 2000's and on the online store at http://www.corsair.com/en-us/vengeance-2000-wireless-7-1-gaming-headset

 

Any help would be much appreciated. I'm trying to get a new headset since my last pair broke because they wouldn't charge. I guess it was a common problem with the 2000's.
