Juliandil
Hi all, I've got a Corsair K60, and very frequently when i enter a key, multiple entries will arive. For example, when i hit the ' m ' key, i'll often get mm or mmm. This happens with other keys at times aswell. I'm on the lastest firmware (Firmware 1.34), and the problem persists. The issue arises in both Windows 7, and Linux MMint. ....<-see what i mean. Not sure what to do about it, as it was order was Placed On: 6/14/2012 6:56:48 AM It's been ongoing for over 6 months, i was just busy with school and didn't get the chance to report it, any ideas? After some googling it seems like a common issue. Thanks.
Toasted
The warranty is expired but just about a month ago. You can contact customer service via phone and ask if they can still accept and replace the K60 as you couldn't RMA it due to school. You can call them using Skype by calling their toll-free number on their website.
Juliandil
Spoke on the phone to a representative, she was kind, and informmed me the RMA proccess is done through Corsair's website. I've submitted and RMA ticket. It's frustrating as this keyboard is awesome just terrible when select keys decide to double-bounce. Thanks for the info!
