Edin
I ordered PSU sleeved cables along with 24pin sleeved cable on July 3rd. It was after 4 days that I realized my order was still "processing", so I picked up my phone and called support to check on my order. I was told that the order was getting ready to dispatch and that I will receive UPS tracker number on my email by the close of business that day (Monday, July 7th). Next day, I saw there was no change to my order status, so I called again. This time I was welcomed by another techie and I asked if he can cancel my order as it has been too long already (Ain't nobody got time for that?). So he asked me for my order number (#200137598), and I was told that it's been taken care of. But after 47 seconds, I received an email where he was asking me if I can provide a physical address since UPS "does not ship to APO" (where I'm at right now). I told him that, his system, meaning Corsair's website, allowed me to select Armed Forces Europe as option for my shipping address. To me that means that order can be delivered right? Well, obviously not. I told the guy I do not have any address and that he cancel my order so I can look for these cables elsewhere. And THAT, was on July 10th, or 4 days ago.. which makes it total of 11 days since I placed my order. Really?
