burgergod
I'm sure some of you are also excited about this case coming around in a week or two. I was wondering if anyone knew what size case fans that case can hold. Anyone heard something about that in interviews or something? Or any spec sheets around yet? Thanks in advance! <
Toasted
I'm sure more information will come out as the product page for the case comes out and reviews.

Thanks in advance! <3 not much information available http://www.corsair.com/en/landing/air240 but it does specify that it has pre-spaced holes for 240 radiator on top, bottom and front if you are using a mini itx board you add 240 rads on front and bottom. This means 6 - 120mm fan if you are using a micro atx board with dual gpu you would only have space for front rad.
Lo0mis
I’m curious about CPU cooler sizes. I was going to get an Air 540, but when I saw this I changed my mind. Unfortunately I already picked up a Noctua NH-D15 which I’m now worried won’t fit in the 240…
LangZone
Looks like dual 80mm on the back as well.

Unfortunately I already picked up a Noctua NH-D15 which I’m now worried won’t fit in the 240… it might fit as I think this case is a little bigger than the 250d, though it may also depend on whether you would be using micro or mini itx. BUt still the specs are a mystery...
Lo0mis
I’ll be using a micro ATX board. My concern is mainly because the front panel fan maximum size has shrunk from 140 to 120, which leads me to believe that the “depth” (side panel to motherboard tray) of that side has been reduced; reducing the maximum CPU cooler height. The NH-D15 has 140mm fans, so I’m really getting worried… Do Corsair reps ever post here to answer questions?
pegotico
from Corsair George the air 240 size 397mm x 260mm x 320mm (L x W x H) and max cpu height about 120mm In Mini ITX, with the case in standard Air 540 orientation, the two 240mm rads would be front and bottom. In Micro ATX, the extended length of the board takes up the spot that the bottom radiator would occupy in Mini ITX. Yes, you can fit two 120mm fans on top regardless of motherboard. Fan locations: Front 2 x 120mm (radiator spaced, greater than 50mm of room depending on GPU) Top 2 x 120mm (25mm depth) Bottom 2 x 120mm (52mm space in Mini ITX) Rear 2 x 80mm Solid side panel - 1 x 120mm (optional for HDD cooling)
Lo0mis
Damn, so the NH-D15 being 165mm won’t fit. 125mm doesn’t sound like a lot of space for a high-end air cooler… Thanks for collecting that info pegotico.
