WWPhoto
Greetings All, Noob here. just picked up an h100i. Installing in on a new Z97 sabertooth board, I can not seem to tighten up the mounting bracket. There is a bit of space which allows it to move freely. Seems like a washer/spacer of some sorts might be needed on the back of the board. Any thoughts?

HOODedAssault
It's supposed too. It'll tighten up wen you put pump on. Only ad washers if it's lose with the pump on.
wytnyt
i believe youll find this is a thin m/b which most likely will need a washer,
HOODedAssault
Not likely mine is lose as hell on my z97-a board and it JUST tightens up when I mount pump. Tried mounting with washers to squeeze everything I could out of it and was no diff in temps. I've had like 20 boards and never had an h series cooler not fit. I think people are prob using wrong standoffs. AMD ones or something. I think all the stuff I work on i would've ran into this by now lol.
