Unanswered Ticket, leaky H60 busted vid cards

My ticket # is 6489898.

 

I have uploaded pictures of both video cards as well as the invoice from my PC. Live chat can't help me any further, but I need a tech to take a look at my ticket please. You should not tell people two business days when it takes longer than that...

 

My hydro series h60 water cooling is leaking and one video card is confirmed broken by it, while the other has no visible residue, but I am confident this has to do with the cooling unit. I saw the leak from the tubes drop onto the card with residue on it, while I had the side case on when the other card went out. This happened within days of each other. I have been informed by live chat that I would need to send in the video card that does not have visual residue for testing purposes, which is fine since it broke when I started having this issue. I will be glad to provide more details or whatever is necessary to expedite this process. It pretty much destroyed my main computer setup and my backup when I used the older graphics card to try and diagnose the problem. :( :(

it sounds like you want assistance and with good reason,which is why id advise on calling them ,give them your ticket # and they will assist you.

the reason is that the mods would have to poke customer service which would just take longer for you...
