Slaphappy
I just installed a gig of twinx1024-3200XL pro. I'm running them with a abit NF7-S mobo. Along with a bartron 2800+. When it starts up it tells me DDR333....I know the mobo handles 400, and i know the ram runs at 400. Now I've had some experance with OCing before (Which is why I have an DP-102 gold on my processer) but I don't know the correct way to go about getting my ram to run at 400mh. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 28, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 28, 2004 You would have to run a 200 MHz FSB CPU in order to run at DDR400, you might try the Abit forum for tips on how to over clock!

Slaphappy
Bios will let me change the fsb and the multiplyer (I haven't changed anything yet) Is it possible then to lower my mulitplyer and turn up the fsb so that the processor is not OC that much but the ram is up to speed (400 that is)? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 28, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 28, 2004 You can try it! I would like 200 X 9 or 10 and use http://www.memtest.org to test your settings!
