awngig Posted July 9, 2014 Share Posted July 9, 2014 I submitted Ticket 6490550 on July 5th, 2014 and haven't heard back from Corsair within 2 business days so I'm posting here. My headphone jack and one of the two USB 3.0 ports are no longer working (previously working and no new drivers/programs/changes). I'm not sure if it's a problem with the wiring or the unit is defective. How would I go about fixing the problem or getting a replacement? Also, I'm missing the rear back leg under the case (no idea where it went). I apologize for the inconvenience and I appreciate you taking the time to help me.
