Hm, it seems the two kits i mentioned are not listed anymore after the websites redesign (i don't know if this is intentional or just an error).

However there also is

your motherboard (RAMPAGE IV GENE) only supports up to ddr3-2400 (OC). So maybe you are better off with 2400 or 2133 speeds.

32 gb of dominator platinum at 2400

You need to have a decent Ivy Bridge-E processor (Intel Core i7 4xxx series) and thats about it. If you know what you're doing OC-wise, that certainly doesn't hurt either. There even were some presentations at for example Computex using the board with 4x8GB DDR3-2666. Also almost every of the initial reviews clearly stated that DDR3-2666 divider was available right from the start (it was however pretty hopeless to get memory clock that high with a Sandy Bridge-E cpu).

I personally wouldn't really pick DDR3-2666 or DDR3-2800 over a DDR3-2400 kit for 24/7 use, but hey... to each his own =)

2400 is more than enough for most CPUs. Some can't handle 2133 (my i5 can) but in fact I see no point getting higher than 2133, not much performance increase in games, and in things like graphics editor or video editing it will be maybe 5-10 seconds difference in e.g. 10 min compression progress.

Get those that are 2133 or 2400 and if you'd need higher, just change settings :)
