OFarrell86 Posted July 5, 2014 Share Posted July 5, 2014 I was just wondering how long this RMA process takes, The K95 I sent back was only 7 weeks old and had over 5 dead LEDs even though it was in a clean and static free environment. Any update would be appreciated as it arrived at the Corsair RMA department over 1 week ago now and I've had zero information. If it requires testing all you need to do is plug it in and see "Oh yeah there's a butt load of dead LEDs let's send him a new one that works" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
