jackalac Posted July 5, 2014 Share Posted July 5, 2014 Hi all, I have a problem with this fans, i bought a dual pack sp120 pwm (CO-9050014-WW), but on my Saberthoot r2.0 i cant see the RPM, it is always 0 in bios or software. I have a cpu fan error on startup, so i must ignore them. But, i can change the rpm via software. I searched about this problem, and i think is a common issue not also on this motherboard and also with othere corsair fan, maybe mine are faulty? Thanks. Thanks. strange.. maybe this will help. do you have latest bios installed? SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 BIOS 2501 Have you tried clearing CMOS? your board has 1 cpu fan and 1 cpu OPT fan, have you tried interchanging between them? jackalac Posted July 5, 2014 Author Share Posted July 5, 2014 Hi, i have the bios 2301, the motherboard has 4 days, is brand new, the 2501 resolve only compatibility with some usb device. i have tried to change the fan in cpu and cpu opt, but same problem i tried to change 2 arctic cooling fan pwm in cpu and cpu opt and they work, but the corsair report no rpm on chassis fan pwm header.
