Lady Fitzgerald Posted July 3, 2014 Share Posted July 3, 2014 If you haven't already, click on the Support Ticket System tab and lookup your ticket. It may be they have already replied and you just haven't seen it yet. Supposedly, they will email you when there is a reply but, for some odd, reason, I never got those emails when my two tickets first received responses. It seems that corsair is just awful and this forum is a joke, my presentation thread got deleted without breaking any forum rules, still got no answer from anyone from corsair.
