Long response time to my ticket (Has been over a week)

My ticket number is 6477763

 

Hello corsair customer service, it seems that responses from the customer service representative for my ticket are taking an excruciating amount of time to receive.

 

Basically what happened; I received a brand new PSU from an RMA, and the PSU was faulty in which it did not hold a charge. As a result, I sent in a ticket asking what I should do now that my second TX650M does not work.. (I had it confirmed from people at a local CanadaComputers). I waited for a week, no response. I ended up tweeting at the Corsair twitter and that's when I received a response, answered that response almost instantly and now I am waiting another week + for another response.

 

What should I do?
