Ticket 6480417 I am frustrated

Recommended Posts

I created a ticket on 6/14/2014 For my AX860i Ticket 6480417

Me and my grandpa brought a AX860i PSU 4-5 months ago from an Australian computer store in Sydney ( MSY ), on the 9th of June the PSU stop working ( there is White Smoke coming out from the PSU when i press the self test buttom )

Because i lost the receipt/invoice so i open a ticket and told them about my situation and wonder if is possible to get the PSU repaired ( i was willing to paid for the repair cost and service )

This is the conversation I had with the Customer Service through the ticket.

The email i received from support@corsair.com told me that my Standard Replacement RMA request has been approved and the RMA numbers is 6******.

Because the shipping fees from Australia to Hong Kong is about $90 and i lost the receipt for my AX860i. I already paid $320~ for this PSU that only last me for about 3-4 months, i do not want pay another $90 to send it back Hong Kong than in 48 hours i get an email and tell me that you guys will not be able to repair/replacement the PSU for me.

Hello Wilson,

Which RMA has been approved? We are still able to make a one time exception in replacing this unit.

I brought it from Australia computer store MSY, as i state before, i lost the receipt/invoice. Does it mean i won't be able to get my PSU repair? because RMA as approved.

Dear Valued Customer,

Please attach a copy of the original invoice to this ticket for warranty purposes. Once verified, we will be able to send you a replacement. Comment back to this ticket once it has been attached.

Today is the 7/2/2014 and i still haven'y gotten a email with the label nor a reply from corsair. It's quite disappointing because most of my computer's part is from Corsair, Rams, Case, CPU cooling, SSD.

Also it's not possible for me to call the customer service because their working hours, 7:00AM-5:00PM PT (UTC - 8) is 2:00am-10:00am for me
