Because the shipping fees from Australia to Hong Kong is about $90 and i lost the receipt for my AX860i. I already paid $320~ for this PSU that only last me for about 3-4 months, i do not want pay another $90 to send it back Hong Kong than in 48 hours i get an email and tell me that you guys will not be able to repair/replacement the PSU for me. We are still able to make a one time exception in replacing this unit. Created By: willson so (6/19/2014 4:27 PM) I brought it from Australia computer store MSY, as i state before, i lost the receipt/invoice. Does it mean i won't be able to get my PSU repair? because RMA as approved. Created By: Henry TS (6/19/2014 10:54 AM) Dear Valued Customer, Please attach a copy of the original invoice to this ticket for warranty purposes. Once verified, we will be able to send you a replacement. Comment back to this ticket once it has been attached. Today is the 7/2/2014 and i still haven'y gotten a email with the label nor a reply from corsair. It's quite disappointing because most of my computer's part is from Corsair, Rams, Case, CPU cooling, SSD. Also it's not possible for me to call the customer service because their working hours, 7:00AM-5:00PM PT (UTC - 8) is 2:00am-10:00am for me
