I opened this ticket to inquire about my new Obsidian 750D case, because the power button is faulty.


It's been three days and not received news from technical support, and I wonder if at this point i need to do a RMA, because i bought the case 40 days ago, and the warranty is valid.

I think that the button on my case is completely defective, now the situation is worsened, because i must re-press it 2 3 times before the pc power-up.


And the button has also a strange plastic noise when pressed on the right corner near the hdd led.


So, i opened a RMA , n° 6487998 , but the procedure is the same like the 'ask a question' ?
