robaskew Posted June 29, 2014 Author Share Posted June 29, 2014 i have a h60 which is faulty i was looking at the advance rma as it is a cooler and i dont want my pc down for a couple of weeks waiting for the part i understand they need a card to change untill my part turns up at the checking deptment my question is who pays the return P&P for the broken part. as it would need to goto NL .. and the postage is 20 pound plus vat from the UK so i having to pay for a unit that has failed ?? is this correct or do Corsair do a pickup service for the part ??
