ZeroDotNet
Hi Corsair staff, After tried all different versions of your software, none of them worked as advertised. Can't change coolers speed or even set custom profiles. I pay a lot of money just to see temperatures from processor, gpu and hard-drives, oh, almost forgot a ****ty linear graphic from AX860i PSU. So, I've an h100i water cooler and a AX860i PSU which works like the model without the "i" (of intelligence? ha! make me laugh). Please, provide us a working version of corsair link, or even release the code so a competitor could prepare a working version and sell it to us. (I will happily pay for it). And... please, please, PLEASE, keep making hardware! But stop making SOFTWARE, you really suck at it. Thanks,
wytnyt
id suggest that its designed when we install the hardware,it automatically installs the software, makes our profiles and the whole nine yards and the user CANT modify it..
ZeroDotNet
Thanks for the advice, Also, a working solution for me consist in delete both USB devices from the Device Manager (win7) and reinstall them. Corsair Links detects another set of devices and you should reconfigure your icons schema, but works.

Corsair Links detects another set of devices and you should reconfigure your icons schema, but works. I had the problem where the install, Corsair-Link-Installer-RC-v2_6_5214, actually deleted USB drivers for me, which took some time to recover from as did having restore points wiped out and a '2009' restore point created (Win 7 origination date) that was well before this computer was even built! The Corsair-Link-Installer-RC-v2_6_5214 is better as a virus than a UI in my install.

The Corsair-Link-Installer-RC-v2_6_5214 is better as a virus than a UI in my install. Of all versions tried, I've founded v2.5.5146 the most stable, which detects AX860i and H100i. The other ones doesn't work with these devices at the same time.
drmaddogs
For some reason, the 5214 install didn't create both files needed to operate the UI, Hardware Monitore.exe did not install for the Task Manager to use. I don't know if every Corsair-Link-Installer-RC-v2_6 uses the same file(5416-5214) but I'd love to get the file and patch 5214 I have as everything works other than the UI window(interfacing). The 5214 is recording all info in the task bar... hmmmm, maybe not, just checked and it shows the Ax1200I fan speed @ 12:[pouts:rpm
drmaddogs
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just a follow-up. While some of the threads claimed the HardwareMonitore.exe had to be apparent in the Scheduler, my install does not and the UI window seems to be represented by a 'process' which I have two named CorsairLINK.exe *32 and CorsairLink.exe *32 Giving a 'bar' window with stats and access to a Bar UI. I had difficulties with the install wiping out drivers for the Hubs, but sorted out, then discovery of reset of Restore points-date(1-1-2009) led me to find a file in portfolio dated 1-1-2009 (user profile) and removing it allowed UI to operate. The controls work, but a little difficult to control Ax1220i fan speed.
