CPU LED Fans on H100i Blinking and not Spinning

So I just recently built this PC, and so far everything has been fantastic. It's been a dream. Only problem is I encountered a problem upon first boot. I entered the bios as soon as the PC turned on to just make sure everything was working, then when I exited the bios, the pc shut off. Prior to the PC shutting off, everything was working. CPU Fans were fine (Which by the way, are Corsair Megaflow 120mm Red LED fans.) and everything was working perfect (Everything still does, only problem is the fans.)

When I turned the PC on, I had a couple more problems. Some plugs were loose in the power supply but I resolved it all, then I noticed as I was about to install Windows that the CPU fans weren't spinning anymore. I tired fixing it on my own, but nothing was wrong. All the wires work and are plugged in correctly, I plugged the fans into the motherboard and all that does is keep the LED's on the fans still, messed with bios settings and that doesn't help at all. I've had this system for about a week and a half and have had no problems besides these fans, I have three fans on top of the case which is keeping the system cool and another 3 inside, so the fact these two fans aren't working isn't completely troublesome but I would still rather have them fixed.

Just recently as I've been busy for this past few days I decided to give this another go. I'm using the Y splitter that comes with the h100i to connect the fans to the unit. I unplugged the megaflows and plugged the two stock h100i fans in, expecting something to be wrong with the pump or the splitter. And surprisingly, the two stock fans work just fine.

So I'm posting this as advice and any help. Is there anything I can do with the two megaflow fans? Should I contact cooler master and get them replaced? Should I get a different type of 120mm fans? I could go with AF120.

Any help/advice is very appreciated.

(Just some notes as I didn't know where to put them.

I have installed Corsair Link, and done the Windows 8.1 fix, and nothing I do there really seems to do anything. I set the LED on the pump to red, but a couple seconds after I'm in windows, the LED turns from red to a sort of flashing white/blueish logo. The pump it self works fine, no temperate problems on my 4770k, have never gone above 59.)

I would replace them (RMA to CM).

And if the fans are meant to be for radiator then buy SP series, otherwise as for overall case cooling then AF series :)

For corsair link: it is pretty buggy software, I am surprised Corsair didn't manage to get it working 100% correct yet, but I am sure they will do something about this sooner or later. Don't bother with the LED, it works fine, it's just the software failing on you. Good thing is that pump etc works fine, and that's most important.

I bought an H100i a bit back, but I haven't installed it yet. I'm beginning to wonder if I made a good choice. I bought it to replace an Alpenfohn Matterhorn, which even in a 750D looks like a small mountain, but now with all the posts on here I'm not sure that I want to install it. I had a smaller sealed water system (Coolit) which leaked all over my GPU and motherboard, so I'm a bit cautious.

Thanks a lot. I'll RMA it and see if they work out. Just happy that the LED is just a problem with the software and not the pump it self. Thanks again, man!
