StoicPotato
I've been trying to get through to customer support for a (seemingly small) issue. My AX1500i shipped with the wrong type of power plug (European style, despite being the NA version). None of my phone calls get through and my ticket seems to have been ignored (ticket # 6483787). I'm starting to feel a bit neglected  Any ideas on next steps? Am I just being impatient (I only just submitted the ticket two days ago, after all)? Is this pretty typical of Corsair, being difficult to reach? Would I be better off just doing an RMA through the seller, returning the whole power supply for a fresh one (even though I really just need the proper power cable)? EDIT: I am thinking about just buying an AC power cord... The cable packaged with the PSU is a Longwell 16A/250V C19 cable. The closest thing I could find online is a Lynn Electronics 15A/250V C19 cable. Would that work, or does the fact that it's rated for one amp less mean that I'd be in for a fire hazard? I'm not too sure how all this works but I assume it's not enough that a cable fit in the port. However, I could not find any cables (at least with the NA region plug type) rated for 16A/250V. Any help would be appreciated.
thenosbod
I would rma with the seller. It will be quicker doing this. Corsair do not work weekends.
