Pruzzle Posted June 20, 2014 Share Posted June 20, 2014 I just got the mouse in the post today and it doesn't work at all. I have tried installing the drivers and the software however i get the error 'Cannot find the Corsair M65 mouse, plug the M65 into a USB port' The blue lights are on thats about it. Toasted Posted June 25, 2014 Share Posted June 25, 2014 If you have not already, contact your seller and ask for a replacement, or request an RMA to replace the mouse via Corsair, make sure you upload a picture of the invoice to the ticket as proof of purchase.
