Rockr
http://i.imgur.com/leDY8fd.png I've been trying to access my drive all day and have been coming up to this error, i've restarted it multiple times, reset it. i've tried just about everything. Is there anyway to fix this besides reformatting and losing the ~600 GB of content I have on it? Thanks for the help.

BillRathbone
Please provide more details about when you are seeing this dialog -- the screen shot you posted is in the Settings screen. Are there other screens (Videos, music, etc.) where this error is displayed? Your best bet for a "quick fix" is to connect via USB, delete the ".vapoc" folder (which contains the database), and power-cycle the drive. This will start a new scan of the drive, building the media library database, but once that scan is complete you should be ok. Bill
