No reply to Ticket Raised with Corsair

Hi,

 

I raised a ticket with Corsair on 12th June and have not yet received any reply. How long before Corsair reply to tickets as I have some questions regarding their memory that I'd like to get resolved??

Normally you would get a reply a lot sooner than that, but there is so much going on at Corsair that they are having a hard time keeping up. They've got their normal routine stuff they do, plus Computex and E3 just ended, and they also have the Corsair Domination competition that they are finishing up with.

Well you would think they would have a dedicated team to helping customers. The whole Corsair is too busy to respond in a timely manner has been going on for almost a year now. Whether it's holidays or some other excuse. Might be time to look at another company when it comes time to replace what I have.
