jameyscott Posted June 18, 2014 Share Posted June 18, 2014 Normally you would get a reply a lot sooner than that, but there is so much going on at Corsair that they are having a hard time keeping up. They've got their normal routine stuff they do, plus Computex and E3 just ended, and they also have the Corsair Domination competition that they are finishing up with. The whole Corsair is too busy to respond in a timely manner has been going on for almost a year now. Whether it's holidays or some other excuse. The number of tickets in the ticket system and the number of phone calls completely dwarfs the forum traffic and we are forced to prioritize. I'll bump this ticket number.
