mcv
Hi, my system is cooled with an H100i and works fine with Corsair Link. I added a new AX860i psu and connect it to the H100i but under the Power tab nothing comes up. I disconnect the H100i USB header and instead connect the Corsair Link USB bundled with the AX860i and under the Power tab works ok (but can't see H100i because it is disconnected). Running Corsair Link v2.6.5214 and H100i v1.07. Anyone else having the same issue?
wytnyt
the only thing i had to do was connect a mini usb cable from the psu to the link commander, that should be all thats needed...

I was expecting the same, but it seems my H100i doesn't detect the ax860i properly. The ax860i works fine if I use the Corsair Link USB dongle, but I don't have two USBv2 headers on my motherboard. Perhaps my H100i is defective ?
SpDFrek
That configuration should work. It could be the cable or the H100i. I am guessing that the first time you connected everything up was with the power off correct? The Corsair Link Digital connection on the side of the H100i is not hot swappable like the USB is. It would be scanned at POST only for a connected device. Other than that, yeah, the port may be dead or the cable is bad.

When I connected the ax860i to my H100i my computer was off. It there a way to force a reset on the H100i ?
mcv
Well, I just found out that I have a second USBv2 header on my motherboard :) So I have the H100i connected to one USB internal port. And the ax860i connected to the second USB internal port. And they both register properly under Corsair Link software... BUT the ax860i will not work when connected to the H100i port. Go figure what I do wrong...
SpDFrek
I think that maybe the port on the H100i has a problem. You have done everything correct.
mcv
Well Corsair Support asked me to use version 2.4.5110 and now I can monitor the p/s ax860i when it is connected to the H100i.
